📦 Shipping & Delivery
Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
A: Standard shipping normally takes 7‑15 business days to US addresses. Delivery time may be extended during peak seasons or holidays.
Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your package on our website using the tracking number.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: We offer nationwide shipping across all regions of China.
🛒 Order & Payment
Q: How do I modify or cancel my order?
A: Please contact customer service as soon as possible. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled or modified.
Q: My payment was deducted but order not showing up?
A: It may be system delay. Please wait 1‑2 hours. If it still does not appear, please contact us with your payment receipt.

Q: What is your return policy?
A: You may apply for return within 30 days after receiving items. Products must be unused and in original condition. Custom items are non‑returnable.
Q: Who pays for return shipping fees?
A: If the item arrives damaged or wrong item is sent, we cover return cost. For personal‑reason returns, buyer bears return shipping.
Q: When will I receive my refund?
A: Refund will be processed within 3‑7 business days after we receive and inspect returned goods. The actual arrival time depends on your payment provider.

Q: Are your items real official licensed merchandise?
A: Most of our products are fan‑made collectible gifts. Not official licensed.
Q: What should I do if I receive broken / defective goods?
A: Please send us photos of damaged items within 48 hours upon receipt. We will arrange replacement or partial refund for you.
